Shipping policy


  • Order processing time: After payment, we will process your shipment within 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Customised items require an additional 7-10 working days.
  • Domestic and international shipping options: Delivery areas support the USA, Canada, the EU, and other regions. Shipping methods include standard express (5-10 working days), expedited express (2-5 working days), and economy shipping (10-20 working days). Our store defaults to standard express. For urgent orders, customers can pay extra for expedited express service.
  •  Shipping fees: For customers in the USA, orders over $50 automatically get free shipping; orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $11. For customers in the EU and Canada, orders over $50 automatically get free shipping; orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $15. Additionally, due to changes in customs policies and other uncontrollable factors, unexpected costs such as import duties and taxes may occur.
  • International shipping risk notice: Cross-border orders may incur customs duties (borne by the recipient unless marked as DDP) and clearance delays (averaging 3-14 days, not included in shipping time commitment).
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations: Apart from returns handled under a dedicated return policy, if parcels are lost or damaged, order numbers and relevant proof must be provided. Investigations will be automatically initiated within 24 hours. After verifying information and responsibility with logistics, if loss or damage is confirmed, items can be resent or replaced free of charge.
  •  Disclaimer: No compensation for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed items. Possible service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to policy changes, carrier suspensions, or force majeure events.
  • Order tracking details: Customers will be notified by email once the store ships the order. If tracking information is not received within 7 working days, please contact spanwayshop@163.com, and we will take timely action. If your order shipment is stalled, do not worry; it may be due to customs clearance. For lost parcels, please contact spanwayshop@163.com immediately, and we will handle it as soon as possible.
  •  Return shipping rules: Within 30 days of receipt, the store does not provide free return shipping. For product quality issues, you can contact the seller for a replacement.
